I'm Romain Calascibetta, also known as dinosaure in the OCaml community. I work at robur.coop, a cooperative dedicated to building secure and sustainable infrastructure with OCaml. I build unikernels — minimal, single-purpose virtual machines that run without a traditional operating system.
My work spans protocol implementations (Git, DNS, HTTP, email), cryptography, and systems programming — all written in OCaml, all deployable as unikernels. Small, auditable, type-safe code that does exactly what it should and nothing more.
